The Educator Warehouse is located in a pod behind Diggs-Latham Elementary School at 968 Hutton Street in Winston-Salem.
The WS/FCS Educators’ Warehouse, a collaboration of Forsyth Education Partnership and Winston-Salem Forsyth County Council of PTAs, is a fabulous new facility where teachers can “shop” among thousands of new and gently-used donated items for use in their classrooms. Donations come from local businesses, organizations, and individuals.
The last date for teachers to shop for the 2011-2012 school year is March 29.We will reopen our doors in August before the start of school for 2012-2013. Please check back here for exact dates.
The Educators’ Warehouse is normally open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 – 6:30 PM on school days and the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 9 AM to noon. Teachers sign up online to visit the Warehouse on a specific day. All classroom teachers are allowed three visits per school-year and can shop for a designated amount of supplies during each visit. Because we rely on donations, the inventory is always changing!

The WS/FCS Educators’ Warehouse depends on the donations of goods, funds, and time from our community. In addition to donations of funds and classroom supplies, the Warehouse needs individuals to volunteer during regularly scheduled shifts throughout the year. Volunteer training is available, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible.
We accept new and gently-used office supplies and instructional materials including:

- Staplers, clips, tape, glue, desk trays, and more!
